Importing issue with OCM - Stuck

Hello - I'm having an issue importing my contacts into OCM. I was testing the importing of contacts, by adding one person in. When we got to the point where we have to match the fields between OCM and the .csv file it was all in Spanish, which I don't speak (still an ongoing issue). But my first problem is that becuase I left to live chat with Microsofts helpdesk, the importing is stuck and I can not go back into it. I've attched an image to help clarify my issue.

Hi Beau,

 

Thanks for your screenshot. Since you are stuck during the importing, it is suggested that you restart Outlook and follow the link below to perform the importing again in Outlook Customer Manager.
