Hi, When I import a list of deals in OCM I am selecting "Do not import duplicate items"  but it is still importing them. They have the exact same Deal Name,.  How do I stop this.  I hate going back and deleting hundreds of records

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

 

First, you may need to delete those duplicates deals manually. And then please refer to the steps below to clear the OCM cache:

  1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.
  2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".
  3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.

Meanwhile, please make sure that you've installed the latest update for your Office suite.

If the issue persists, please remove the OCM temporarily via the link below:

Then reinstall OCM via the steps below:

Go to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?path=/options/manageapps,

then click “+” and select “Add from URL”. And use this link: https://ocm.outlookapps.com/GetManifest

 

And import again to verify the result.

I cleared the cache, still importing duplicates.

It is all updated. Still importing duplicates.

Before I remove OCM, I tried to export so I have a backup of all my deals.

it comes up with this error

I have wasted so much time on setting up office for business, like weeks.  I am really disappointed in microsoft.
