I shared contact, company and deal in OCM but it did not appear of my colleagues in the group.

What must we set? How it works?

The description says: "With Outlook Customer Manager, you can choose to share customer information with your team so everyone is on the same page."

@Ferenc Kis, when you share a contact, the contact should appear to all other OCM users in your organization. The contact may not appear until ~15 mins in some cases -- if you share and does not show up after a while, please contact support to investigate

Hello Ferenc,

 

You can contact support from the Office 365 Admin Center (https://portal.office.com/support/support.aspx), where you should create a service request for Mail and then, in the feature list, select Outlook Customer Manager.
