How to re-install OCM add-in

I removed OCM as an add-in from Outlook Office 365 Web in hopes that "resetting" it would clear up the problem that I have had from day one regarding only a very small subset of my total contacts showing up.  Now I don't know how to re-install or activate OCM. Help!

Hi Paul,

 

You can reinstall add-in by going to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?path=/options/manageapps click “+” and select “Add from URL”. And use this link: https://ocm.outlookapps.com/GetManifest

Whenever I click on Customer Manager in Outlook I get the "Something went wrong" message.  I am using Office 365 Business on a Mac
