I am trialing Office 365 and have imported some contacts to play around with plus a few custom fields but now need to be able to filter on those fields and export to CSV.

My first question is: Can you filter on custom fields? if so, how? When I click on filter in the contacts list it only comes up with the few measly original fields that OCM comes packaged with. If we can't do this basic thing then we can't use it.

Second question: When I do export my contacts, why can't I see the notes against each contact? We have long notes against each person and we need to be able to export curated lists based on our custom fields and see those notes next to each contact. This is also a dealbreaker. If you can import notes in, I don't see how it's difficult to export them too?

Hopefully someone has some answers out there! Cheers.

Hello Hans,

Thanks for your feedback.

As per my knowledge, it's not feasible to achieve the two professional ideas so far. However, we believe them would be released via your feedback to let our related team access them. Please click here to post your ideas.

We appreciate your understanding.

Regards,

Rudy

Thank you for your response Rudy. I really don't see the point of having custom fields if you can't then search using them? but glad this is being considered. Until then, it looks like OCM isn't for us.
