Filter option has disappeared from contacts view

Hi there,

 

I've just started loading our business contacts into OCM -- and the filter option (which is really great and essential) is still in Company and Deal view, but it's disappeared from our Contacts view. 

 

We have Yes/No and other columns that we really need to filter our contacts by, is there any way to return the filter function?

 

I've attached two screencaps with what I'm talking about (deidentified).

Hi Petra Kelly,

 

Please clear the cache of your IE browser with the steps below and check if the issue can be fixed.

 

                1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.

                2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".

                3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.

 

If the issue persists, try to disable and re-enable the add-in in Outlook Web App (General > Manage add-ins) to check the outcome.

 

Besides, please confirm your Outlook is up to date (File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now).

Thanks for your reply! My Outlook is up to date -- have checked. I deleted my browsing history and all cached information in IE as far as I can see (have posted screencaps), and I've restarted, but still the filter option in contacts has not returned. Is there another way to get it back?

I've since gone back and deleted the cache how you said, my Outlook is up to date, I got rid of the add-in and re-added it, restarted my computer, and even disabled IE in windows options then re-enabled it, changed my default browser from IE and back again --- still the filter option has not returned. 

 

My colleague still has the filter option in Contacts, however. Is there some other setting that may control the filter option?
