Export from Customer Manager to Excel - not working

Hi there,

 

I found a work around on the forum (setting my default browser to Edge) but I still can't export files from the Customer Manager to Excel. The message I get each time:

?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

<Error><Message>Authorization has been denied for this request.</Message></Error>

 

What am I doing wrong?

i do have the same Problem. I tried to Export the deals list to Excel and receive this message in the Edge browser:

Tried IE and it worked!

I have different (Chrome) standard browser. Any idea if in the future the export will be possible on other browsers?
