Dear co-workers

in French, when you export OWA to Excel you get a CSV with a   ;   separator, That is very good !

in French when you import into OWA only "english" CSV with  ,  comma separator is accepted,, so when you import  1280,12 ( 1280.12 in english) you get two numbers instead of one

This is a problem I had a lot in the 80's, I thought that nobody did that anymore.

Why OCM cannot import Excel sheet like everybody else, especialy if OWA can read it, it is the same connector and the same code, please help me I need to "synchonize" with an SQL Server Database and I cannot do it directly as there is no API to read/write OWA entities.

Best Regards

Hi Toto,

Thanks for your post.

I’d like to let you know that we can choose whether to import contacts using Outlook client or using OCM. Since there are some problems with using OCM to import contacts, we suggest that you try using Outlook client to import contacts. You can refer to this blog for detailed steps: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Outlook-Blog/Best-practices-for-importing-contact-with-Outloo...

Barry
