Erros when adding custom column

When adding a custom column to Contacts or Companies, OCM throws an error: An error occured when saving the column X. It's very strange because this has worked before (I already added some custom columns.

No idea how I can fix this. This is very important to start rolling out OCM in our company. Any idea?

Hi Peter,

 

Please try clear cache in IE browser:

Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.
Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".
Then, restart Outlook 2016.

 

If the issue persists after that, share a screenshot showing error message and OCM log in private message for further analysis.
