Can you please let us know the detailed Outlook version? Please Go to File > Office Account > About Outlook. After getting the Outlook version, we'll try to test it on our lab.
Meanwhile, please try creating a test Outlook profile and then configure your Office 365 Business Premium account there to check it. Note: Please don't remove any exist profiles for data protection.
