Im missing about half of the deals i had on OCM before. I came into work this morning and fired up OCM and they've gone! Nothing has been done since Friday and now so i don't know what is going on? Is anyone else having this problem?


Our IT dept spoke to Microsoft support and the support guy took some screenshots and said someone would get back to us as he did not know how to fix the problem himself. Still not heard anything and im getting desperate as i cant use it until the problem is fixed. It is only my deals that are missing, nothing else by the looks of it so far.


Please fix this MS asap

All fixed now, renamed the local .ost and reloaded to outlook. The database was fine on 365.
