Customer Manager works only with outlook email account

I have in outlook two mailaccounts one from" ...@onmicrosoft.com" en one of the company "....@ontheborder.nl "

 

Customer manager works very well. I have only one problem. The Customer Manager only work with Microsoft account. When ik work in the mail from the company Customer Manager is disabled.

 

I can't find any information on the web. Maybe you can help.

Anphil, that behaviour is by design. All web add-ins (like OCM) can only run in the context of the mailbox associated with the account that the add-in is registered to. Any other mailboxes or .pst files in your Outlook profile contains data that the OCM servers won't be able to access.
