We are having a problem with customer contacts not sharing with the team. Each person can only see the contacts they have entered. 

We have checked each contact is shared. Have cleared caches via IE but still no joy. 

All the deals are sharing all the companies the same, its only contacts.

May I know if the issue happens to all users who created a contact and shared with OCM in your organization? As you mentioned, it seems that shared deals and companies are visible for all of you, right?

 

If the issue happens to all users in your organization, please try to change another network environment to check the outcome.

 

Besides, please confirm the Outlook Customer Manager is turned on in Outlook Web App (General > Manage add-ins).

If the issue happens to all users in your organization, please try to change another network environment to check the outcome. - not sure if this is possible without admin rights

Just to help you out... Unless something changed over the last 8 months.  Outlook customer manager never worked properly, in the since that we all thought it should.  I was working with the top tech support from Microsoft for 3 months trying resolve the issues you are describing.  WE NEVER fixed the issue, I had to scrap the use of this program and disabled it on my account.   Even the tech support was stating it wasn't working properly.     We only had two people trying to share contact data.  

 

I had high hopes that this would work, but was greatly disappointed.  Just want to give you a heads up so you don't waste as much time as I did.
