Copy & Paste causes Outlook to become unresponsive for 30 seconds

Further to my other posts, I have found that if you are populating the fields in a new contact by means of using copy & paste, it will allow 2 or 3 entries, then the next will cause Outlook to become completely unresponisve for approximately 30 seconds. It does not exhibit 'unresponsive' error, just nothing responds, mouse still moves and activates all other windowns function & behave as normal.

Left for 30 seconds the field evetually populates with the pasted data (could be as simple as the word 'Hampshire' copied and paste from the email)
