Hello,
Is there any chance to manage (ad, update, delete) all items (contacts, companies, deals, actions) by SQL or MSFlow (I saw only possibility to create new one by MS Flow).

Many thanks

Hi ZdenekWF,

In Outlook Customer Manager, it's not feasible to connect to SQL. Regarding your request, it's recommended to post a thread in MSDN forum to check if there is a workaround:

Thanks for your understanding,

Iry

Hi @Iry Chen ,

many thanks for recommendation.

Do you know where are shared contacts, companies, deals and actions stored for OCM? Maybe that it is all what I need to know. Thanks
