Cannot Open OCM: "We encountered an error. Please try again."

I cannot open the add-in. It works just fine in the side panels, but when I try to go into the add-in itself I see this error. I've tried deleting the database in iexplorer, and I've tried disabling OCM and turning it back on, and I've tried starting Outlook in safe mode.


It looks like there are a number of recent reports of people having trouble with their OCMs, is there a known issue going on?

If possible, could you please check whether OCM can run successfully on a fresh-install computer with Outlook 2016 installed?

Hi, thank you Lance, sorry about the slow response. What I did was a fresh installation as was instructed in another post (I think maybe I have two distinct accounts on here somehow lol) and that resolved the issue for me.
