Can't share contacts

On some contacts, when I go to contact details and change a the privacy setting to

Share Contact YES


The YES then reverts back to a NO.

I have set up all the contacts so I'm not sure why some accept sharing and some don't.

Regarding this, may I know after you clicked Save button, whether the "Shared with" column show Private or Outlook Customer Manager? If it still shows Private, please try to edit the contact again and turn the Share Contact option to Yes again to check the outcome. And then re-start Outlook to check if it shows "Shared with" Outlook Customer Manager.


If the issue persists, please create a new profile for your BP account to check if the issue persists (Don't remove the old one in case of data loss).





Yes I followed the instructions and the problem persists.
