Can't access manager hub on outlook mac or web

I am trying to use outlook customer manager and can't access the hub where I can see all of the activity.

1. Is there a way to see it on outlook for mac?

2. Is there a way to see it on a web portal?


OS 10.13.2

Outlook for Mac 15.40

Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hi Steven,


1. Yes, select your Business Premium license account and the Outlook Customer Manager icon will appear in the ribbon. Please check the screenshot. 



2. Yes, also need your Business Premium account. In Outlook on the web, select an random email conversation, it shows beside the "Reply all" button. Please check the screenshot.
