I have this error in my Outlook Customer Manager.. Please see the screenshot.

 

Here are the troubleshooting steps:

 

1. Enable allow website cashes and database
-Open Internet Explorer
-Go to setting and select Internet Option
-Select General Tab
-Select Setting under browsing history
-Select Caches and databases tab
-Checked Allow website caches and database
*Open Outlook application and select Outlook Customer Manager
*Problem not solved

 

2. add outlook.office365.com on trusted site
-Open Internet Explorer
-Go to setting and select Internet Option
-Select Security tab and select Trusted sites
-Click Sites
-Add https://outlook.office365.com
-Click Apply
*Open Outlook application and select Outlook Customer Manager
*Problem not solved

3. update outlook application
-Open Outlook application
-Select file
-Select office account
-Select update
*Open Outlook application and select Outlook Customer Manager
*Problem not solved

 

4.Logout and Login to Outlook Application
1. Open Outlook
2. Select file
3. Select Office Account
4. Login using office 365 account
*Open Outlook application and select Outlook Customer Manager
*Problem not solved

5.Reinstall Office Application
-Go to control panel
-Select Microsoft Office
-Select Uninstall
-Go to office 365 and install office 2016
*Open Outlook application and select Outlook Customer Manager
*Problem not solved

6.Change DNS Setting
-Open control panel select Network and Sharing Center
-Change Adapter Setting
-Right click on the wifi connector
-Select IPV4 and select properties
-Select Use the following DNS server address
-input Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
-Input Alternate DNS server:8.8.1.1
*Open Outlook application and select Outlook Customer Manager
*Problem not solved

7.Set internet explorer as a default
-Open Internet explorer
-Select setting
-Select internet option
-Select program
-Click Make Internet Explorer the default browser
*Open Outlook application and select Outlook Customer Manager
*Problem not solved
