I would say that the OCM isnt even usable with the following error all over the internet last 4-6 months. It automatic links to my outlook so i can't stop the process but at what point is it usable if this isnt going to be corrected so we dont get the error message. (see below) I was reading and see that you were helping some people resolve the Add-in feature with Outlook Customer

Hi Chris,

 

Firstly, please log into OWA(https://outlook.office.com/)> go to General > Manage add-ins, check whether the Outlook Customer Manager is turned on as below:

Then, try clearing the IE cache of your IE browser with the steps below and check if the issue can be fixed.
                1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.
                2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".
                3. Then, restart Outlook 2016.

Ive done all this, over & over & problem still exists.

 

Ive private messaged effected users (all) email addresses & problem still exists.

I am having the same problem.  Outlook Customer Manager is not showing up in my desktop "outlook add-ins".  It is part of my subscription - and has been activiated.  I have cleared the cache - check to be sure it is turned on - everything.  Not showing in add-ins that I have it on the Outlook Desktop.  I do not have the "Addin" on the bottom button - it still shows "Shortcuts" in the "navigation pane".

I actually got my going (at least appearing) by logging on to the iphone or ipad app.

 

Still having major problems but that at least got it going for me.

Firstly, log into https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions, check if you have been assigned the OCM license.

Then, log into OWA, and go to General > Manage add-ins, check whether the Outlook Customer Manager is turned on as below:

3. To narrow down the issue is related to Outlook client or your account, can you see Outlook Customer Manager button next to Store?

We are working on the fix for the add-in errors and treat this as our top priority. There are multiple root causes of the issue and depending on your data, you may be running into different issues (but all resulting in a similar add-in error in the UI). We rolled out the fix to one of the main issue late last week and will release the fixes for the remaining issues in the next few weeks.

We have exact the same problem with wunderlist add-in...

We had rolled out a fix for Outlook Customer Manager to reduce this error. Though when there is not enough memory available on your machine this might happen for any app. You can try having less applications open (especially IE windows).
