Hi.  Is there any way to configure a tool like a Surface Pen to be a controller to enable speech-to-text mode in OneNote (or office in general) rather than needing to click the dictate icon in the app itself?  It definitely makes sense for it to stop listening after a period of silence, but my flow is broken having to click that icon.
