Onenote 2016 product deactivated

hello, i have bought office 365 for the two main reasons, the terabyte cloud space and the avoidance of the product deactivated reminder. 

i have tried:

1) signing in

2) downloading and updating office

3) restarting my pc.

i am hoping someone can help me out
