One Note Desk Top App

In the law, I use One Note for Windows 10 and One Note 2016, or 2019. I prefer the older version, the 2016 version, because it is much better in formatting with many more options. I would like to use the Desk Top App, but do not know how to get it onto my laptop, a new Dell. I think it says I must download OneNote, which I already have, both of them actually. So can you help this motivated but dumb legal guy get the OneNote Desktop App onto my laptop? Thanks. Damian

For 32 bit version - https://www.onenote.com/download or possibly:

For 64 bit version - https://www.onenote.com/download/win32/x64/en-US

Only use the 64 bit option if all of your Microsoft Office Applications are 64 bit. Otherwise, 32 bit version is recommended for maximum compatibility with different versions of Office Applications.
