My hard drive crashed, after re imaging the computer all of the "onenotes" notebooks do not appear. I can log into onnote.com and see them but I want them to be in the local computer. I have them all under one account and verified the the ones OI see are updating , however I have many that are not there when I open one note

Tis does not work. it is a "Forbidden site". I need to get OneNote , notebooks back on my local computer. I do have 60% of the notebooks loading by default but there are more on OneNote .com
