New here to the OneNote forums.
We have been facing issues with this version of OneNote and its predecessors. So we have a group of users on a network experiencing lagging issues with one note only. Our users keep their files on a server share via a VPN. We also did some test copying the files locally to their computer but the lagging issues persists. We get no error at all, just overall lagging, slowness and the blue circle going around in the cursor.
Also when they do wait it out and get OneNote to work the books don't sync.
Has anyone experience anything like this before and have you found a solution ?
