I am a VietNamese user and I have a issue with typing tone mark in OneNote.
I am using OneNote version 16001.12730.20190.0. When I type Vietnamese word with tone mark (like chắc, nhất ), I get wrong word (chaắc,nhâất). It only happen in OneNote. I have tried with other Microsoft app, even OneNote web version but only OneNote has issue. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling but it's still not fixed. I have install Vietnamese keyboard pack. Henry in Support team also guide me to use proofing language in OneNote but it just fix one at a time. I hope Support team could help me wtih this issue. Thank
