When I select handwritten notes using the mouse and try to move them, they get all jumbled up. It doesn't happen every time I try to move notes around, but it's super annoying when it happens. Another issue I've been having is that the OneNote page doesn't actually move when I try to scroll up or down, even though the scroll bar moves. I've attached videos of both issues. For reference, I'm using the OneNote 2016 program on a Windows 10 laptop. Anyone know how to fix this?
