I am working with teachers using OneNote 2016 and Teams. Several teachers are reporting that suddenly embedded documents that have been assigned via Assignments are not displaying in the desktop application. Instead they show on the page as a little red x. The embedded files do display in the browser version of OneNote, but teachers say this is very slow to open and mark. Is there anything we can do to resolve this issue? The teacher is finding it very frustrating and the students are saying they cannot see their assignments. There are about 20 children in the class.
There is a warning to say the notebook cannot be synced because the server is busy. Is there anything that can be done to by-pass this as it seems to be stuck on that error? Thank you.
