A graphical example could be the collapsing of a tiddler (unit of storage) in https://tiddlywiki.com which can be done by hitting the arrow icon top right and clicking "Fold Tiddler".
Could I build a "roller" that let me import a set of lecture slides into a OneNote page onto a special "roller" element that allowed me to page through the slides without having to move the entire canvas? This would allow me to take notes next to the roller in a much more compact form than the way OneNote currently imports pdfs as a stack taking up a lot of vertical space and not allowing for a compact set of notes to be easily derived from a slide deck. Can the text I write be associated with state of the slide viewer similar to org-noter? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Un0ZRXTzufo
If these features do not exist yet in OneNote what are the means by which I can implement them? I have never worked on windows related development, what would it look like to work on these additions to OneNote?
