Good day all. Hopefully, this makes sense. Is it possible, and if so how, can I create a template that would always be there when I open a new tab/page under one of my categories.
In my case, it's a template I would use to gather basic information about new customers, copy and paste email conversations/notes, and track any progress (or not) towards a sale. Thanks in advance for any assistance or insight provided. AM
