How to avoid that the links to sections, pages, paragraphs etc gets broken when rearranging and moving parts of the conetent?

It's quite annoying to be forced to edit the links after I rearranged my document.

One other question: Is there a way to make sure that a link opens a page at the top instead where it was left before?
