I would like to report that within the OneNote Windows 10 app, if you are working with a dark theme...

  • Go to a desired page.
  • From the ribbon click the View tab, and go to Page Color.
  • Select More Colors.
  • Selecting any shade of color becomes inconsistent with what the background becomes.
