the folder cannot be synchronized

Since yesterday OneDrive for Business pulls me out the message in question, every time I restart the computer and restart the initial configuration. The problem is that it stays in search of changes, but it doesn't seem to synchronize.
I have already uninstalled and installed the latest version, and have already done all the updates to the operating system.

I have windows server 2019 SE
OneDrive 2021 (21.002.0104.0005)
