Recover files from a unsynced onedrive folder

The OS on my laptop doesn't start and it seems that i need to reinstall WIndows. Before reinstalling i want to recover some files from a folder that one drive didn't manage to sync up completely.  If i buy an adapter for the ssd and i try to connect it to another pc will i be able to copy those files?

@Benedetta14 Possibly not Personal Vault files, but the rest is a general Windows/device file recovery issue and not specific to OneDrive.  If you have disk encryption or other Windows security settings that get in the way you will have more issues. The location in the OneDrive folder within your Windows profile makes no difference.
