We have set organizational/global for OneDrive sharing defaults but the defaults are not appearing in different settings/devices, e.g., we've set recipient can't edit as the default which appears in OneDrive online but in mobile OneDrive, the default is recipient can edit. We also have instances where users see the correct default settings one day but not the next (usually in OneDrive desktop). We've been using the new admin center to do this/have checked to make sure no site setting is more restrictive/has different settings but this behavior still continues. Any insight appreciated.
