OneDrive Know Folder Redirection - Desktop - Deleting Folders

Hi All,

We have an issue with deleting folders from the 'Desktop' when Known Folder redirection is enabled; this applies to empty or folders with content.

When you attempt to delete the folder, DEL or using SHIFT-DEL, the folder will not be removed.

If you go via File Explorer > Desktop you can delete.

I assume this is a bug?

Yeah, I've seen this happen, but it seems to be occasional. Not sure what the difference is, but at times I'm able to remove the folder just fine (even getting the ODFB prompt when doing so), at times I have to use Windows Explorer.

Same here using cmd.exe or powershell. Ever got this resolved?
