OneDrive for Business Provisioning

We are using Office 365 E1 with SharePoint Online Plan 2. We have a plan to defer launch of OneDrive for Business with other Office 365 services . Is there any way to separating out / controlling OneDrive for Business provisioning for our tenant? Please suggest
