One drive issue for the user

can you provide more information?

When was the user created? What licence does it have?

I can only write you standard steps for troubleshooting:

  1. Wait a little bit longer: Sometimes, it can take longer than 24 hours for all services and features to be fully provisioned for a new user. 

  2. Check the license: verify that the assigned license includes OneDrive.

  3. Clear browser cache and try accessing the admin center again.

  4. Remove the licence from the user and add it again.
