One drive files moved to recycle bin

Hi,

Last week, around 10 of our OneDrive for business users reported that all files are moved to OneDrive recycle bin. 

Noticed that their computer user profile got corrupted at the same time they were using Win7 laptops.

If this is the issue then we have to stop promoting OneDrive for business to our user. Looks it is burning and need to find out the root cause and apply solution as soon as possible.

Might I ask if you already know the root cause of this profile corruption? By the way, are you aware of the files restore feature? It will allow your users to recover the files deleted in the past 30 days just in case recovering them from the recycle bin is not an option
