We have purchased cell phones (BlackView: BV6300 Pro) for our company. For reasons still unknown, the Onedrive does not work stably. A ticket at the appropriate place has already been opened since 22.09.
Error description: Onedrive when first set up works stable for about a day. After that there is always an endless loading of files and shares. Absolutely nothing can be uploaded or viewed. I have already checked the power settings. The app is not throttled by a battery saving feature. Has anyone had the same experience?

Addition: Onedrive does not work as desired either in or outside of MDM, in our case Microsoft Endpoint Manager. I would be glad to have an opinion. Should I waste any more time on these devices?
