Hi all,
I have a user who has had several issues with OneDrive, mainly losing sync or unable to sync hundreds of files.
His OneDrive will say "x files can't be synced with OneDrive" (latest figure is x=500+) and the only convenient solution is to keep both files for all conflicts. The error given is "We couldn't merge the changes in an Office file".
We're not a big org (~120 users) and the share in question is ~1000 files/700 folders. We're using SPO. My question is, what are the possible reasons for that many files getting out of sync or being unable to sync?
