I cannot open a file in the cloud . I have an account under email address removed for privacy reasons

Hi my account is opened under email address removed for privacy reasons ,  but, I added another email. It’s email address removed for privacy reasons.  I began writing a book on this email    It is called document 6 with a lot of copy added to it.  I cannot open it ? It’s in onecloud area.  I can see it but when i click on it it says something went wrong try again I’ve tried for two days.  What can i do to retrieve the book an continue writing on it? Yes the account is current.

@Wendy7705earthlinkne Are you trying to open the file on a local computer (Windows? Mac? ...) or by logging into OneDrive from a web browser?

Try to clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometime cached data can interfere with the document loading.
You can also try using the different browser.
