I can't access my Onedrive files in web browser or sync my Desktop with the Onedrive

In browser instead of showing my files, one drive just gives a message "Item Disabled Due To User Content Migration". My files are still on my device however this device won't sync to Onedrive, it just endlessly gives "signing in" .

Many thanks for your feedback and suggestions.

The fact that my OneNote synchronization failed was just pointing to  - what I then found out - the unavailablity all of my data in OneDrive, which I see when I access my OneDrive in a browser, i.e. I have no network problems or misconfigured Apps causing the problem.

In the meantime I have a ticket with the Microsoft OneDrive Team, and have provided them after their first response with more details, looking forward that they can solve my problems with OneDrive.

Since April 30, my problem had been solved by the Microsoft OneDrive Support team. I have no clue what they did, but since then I can access my OneDrive data again, with no problems.
I had several email interactions the the team and provided them with all the infos they were asking for, the latest being a short screen video showing how I accessed my OneDrive data with all the error messages.

Two times I have entered my last reply with information about how my problem was solved by the OneDrive Support team, but both replies are not shown, no idea why.

@Andreas_HeineThat's annoying, maybe they don't want the problem and solution being made public. (maybe you could PM me?) I raised a ticket and the next day got an email to try a different device/browser - I had listed all the "fixes" I had tried. Now still waiting another reply. Slow poor customer service, for a service I pay for.

Since April 30, I can access my OneDrive data again. The Microsoft OneDrive Team has fixed it. I do not know what they did, but I provided in several emails all requested information, which finally helped them to repair my OneDrive.

In all my previous posts with similar text I referred to my ticket number, maybe this is not allowed here and therefore all these posts were deleted (without letting me know, which I would have preferred).
