HI All
I want to ensure that if a user has left an organisation that any files or folders that have been shared to external links through OneDrive and SharePoint are not able to be accessed. Does anyone know if there is a process to do this? I understand that if the data is deleted it is no longer seen, but we want to ensure that as soon as the employee leaves the shares are also inaccessible.
