We have a user that unlinked & relinked there account in one drive. It took over night now OneDrive shows "your files are synced". Yes Files On-Demand is enabled.
Now 4 of the 5 Synced folders have no problem, but now one folder has a couple of issues.
1. About half of the files in the problematic folder have a Gray X on the icon but if you open the file it downloads and the gray X disappears. (yes user has clicked free up space).
2. Some of the sub folders don't have the status column the others have a status column but no status icons.
Note the problematic folder has over 100,000 files so it's not practical to open the gray x files manually.
