false duplicate message if the files differ only by the letter "ß" or letter combination "ss"

OneDrive seems to process the German letter "ß" internally as "ss", resulting in a false duplicate message.
Use case? A file for the employees with a namesake - once with "ß" and the last name of the other employee written with "ss".
