We have had an issue reported to us from one of our departments. They can access files no problem via the internet One Drive.
When they try to access it locally after performing a Sync they sometimes get the following error message this is causing some issues for the department when using files on One Drive.
Any tips or help with this would be gratefully appreciated.
The error is An unexpected error is keeping you from copying this file. If you could continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.
Error 0x80070185 The cloud operation was unsuccessful.
This happens a fair amount throughout the day and is now starting to effect them.

@David Wilkinson Is this a physical department or are they in separate locations? My first thought was a network connectivity issue.
