Company files not syncing and not visible in browser

Yesterday I noticed my company files had stopped syncing on my home computer. My business onedrive is logged in and I see the blue cloud on the quick access bar, however I no longer see the company files directory with the building icon in my quick access bar. And when I go to those folders I no longer see any icons in the "Status" column to indicate if things are synced or are syncing.


So I thought I had to view the folders through the browser and click to have them resync. But when I go to Our Files I just see "Something went wrong [object Object]". I can't see the company files through Viewing online. I've checked and refreshed this over a couple of days, tried different browsers, tried different networks and it's an issue everywhere.


Now my work computer is still syncing okay so the files still exist, and I've talked to coworkers and it's fine for them. But how can I get past this unhelpful "Something went wrong" error and view my company's file directory?
