Change language of user account deletion notification

When a user account is deleted from AD, the manager of that person will receive an automatic email, notifying them that the user's OneDrive content will be deleted in x days.

For us, these notifications are sent in Dutch, but not all of our employees speak Dutch.

How can I adjust the language of these messages to English?

I think this is coming soon with this change: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=55557

Rolling out starting in November and complete bt the end of the year.
