Acrobat Form Sync

Hi, all,

 

I'm new to OneDrive so please be kind.

 

One of my clients has a PDF form on OneDrive.  She fills it out and then shares it with others.  However, they can't see the information she's added to the form fields. 

 

Not sure if this is a sync issue, an adobe compatibility problem, or not something that she should be able to do.

 

Thoughts?
